We went to a birthing class two nights this week. How draining they were! Two hours long a piece! I was so tired after each one, but they were really helpful, however.
I will leave this post "to be continued" by Tyler so he can share with y'all all the insightful things he learned.....

beth and i did one session of the birthing classes, but we were running out of time and we thought they were lame, so we got the Laugh and Learn About Childbirth DVD series and we loved it.
