Yes, that's right! Time has flown and we can't believe that Griffin is 3 weeks old. He's doing so good and growing every day. He can't even wear some of his pajamas anymore. It's been a great weekend, and I'm definitely going to look forward to weekends with Haley and Griffin.

Haley...you're right motherhood is very hard...and it's so hard when you're not sleeping, but just know that this time will pass (even though it seems like it never will). As human beings we are just selfish, but know that you're not the only one. There are times that I find myself being that same way, especially when I'm feel overwelmed. But, like you said God works on us, so that hopefully day by day we become less so. Please know you're not alone...we all feel guilty when we start feeling that way. And even though it's not ok to be selfish, it's also not ok to beat ourselves up...I know you are being a great mommy to that sweet boy, but it takes time for you two to get to know eachother. Motherhood is overwhelming for every one. But, reaching out for help is the best way to start to feel better...Griffin is so lucky to have such a humble mommy who is willing to admit when things aren't "perfect" and ask for help. Maybe you can ask Tyler to do a few more things too, I know he probably helps so much, but maybe ask him to help out more when you are feeling overwhelmed. I'm sure he'll be more than willing.
So, is Griffin just not going back to sleep after you nurse him or does he not sleep at all? Or is it just the fact that there's so much less sleep than there used to be? :)
Just know I'm praying for you and if you every need anything you can email me: meghanazam@hotmail.com
