FINALLY, we have started work on the nursery/baby room whatever you'd like to call it. We got so much done this weekend. Tyler moved all his books, book shelves, and desk out and into the guest room. We combined our guest room and Tyler's office. It looks nice. We are thankful that our house came with large rooms. So now the baby's room is pretty empty all except a dresser that we will use for the changing table. I also cleaned out all our closets and made a trip to goodwill, after realizing I just wasn't going to have the time nor energy to have a garage sale. And I also got alot of cleaning done and put baby stuff into the newly cleaned out and empty baby closet. I just love looking at all the sweet baby stuff and I'm so eager to use it all.
So now my next goal is to vaccum real good in there and clean all the baseboards and windows. Then wash all his sweet clothes, blankets, birp cloths, wash cloths, etc... It feels great to be productive and get organized. We are getting so excited as we get ready for Mr. Griffin to arrive and just hope everything gets done that needs to.

It will. Sounds like you have a great start. David and I had everything ready for Brady before June because we knew once summer hit we would never have time with VBS & camps...so it's always good to start early! Plus, if you're like me it helps lower the stress level...the last thing you want on your mind as your thinking about labor and delivering a baby is organizing and cleaning a baby's room! :)
Can't wait for little Griffin to get here :)
