I think I've seen one of those in my books! But this one is moving...good thing Dad's holding me...

We took Griffin to the park down the street to see the ducks yesterday since it was warm enough. We're not sure what he thought of them. He just stared at them in wonder. We are always reading him animal books and doing the sounds the animals make and one of them is, of course, the duck. It was neat that he could actually see a real one. So while he was looking at them I was pointing saying "quack! quack!" He just smiled. Some of those ducks are huge and have the fattest necks! I think it's from all that bread they get fed by everyone that goes to visit them. A sweet man and his son gave us some of their bread to throw out to them, so we were able to get one to come up real close. We can't wait to take Griffin to the zoo this summer in Alburqerque (never can spell it right). He will love the giraffes I know. :)
