The CUSHION.....has COME!

FINALLY! They personally delivered our missing cushion today. After all the turmoil over a simple loveseat cushion...I think Tyler was thinking he may have to sue this furniture store if they never had given us what we already paid for. It is all well now. Thank goodness!

We both had a long weekend away from one another. I traveled to east Texas for one of my friend's weddings. The wedding was nice, but emotional for me, since it was my best friend since high school's wedding. Many memories shared together with Melissa.
It was nice to get to see friends and family. I only got to see my parents for just a wee bit. I did get to see my best friend Jamie McCurdy and her husband, B.J. and their little beautiful girl, Emma Noel. That was a special treat for me, since I NEVER get to see them.
I also got to spend alot of time with my college roomates, espeically Megan, her husband Greg, and their adorable little boy, Hayden Joseph. They are such wonderful parents!!! Seeing Courtney and her husband John was delightful as well. I wish we all lived closer to one another!

I missed Tyler horribly, however. We do not like being apart at all. He ended up going to Synder, though, and got to spend alot of time with his younger brother Mitch and his mom and dad. He spent the whole time fishing and came home with a sunburn from sitting out on the pond all weekend.
We were both happy to be home Sunday together.
I only have 4 more weeks of school! My kids are taking the Math TAKS test tomorrow. I am praying they do well. I am looking forward to the summer break and going back to east Texas to see my neice, Landry Brooke, after she's born.

Well, that's all for now around these parts. I will seriously post some furniture pics another evening when it's not past my bed time already.
